IDA manager believes remote working can transform the region

Remote working has become popular since the beginning of the Pandemic.

A senior regional IDA business development manager believes there is untapped potential for remote working in the Shannonside Northern Sound region.

Donegal native Michelle Conaghan has recently been appointed IDA's Regional Business Development Manager for the North West region.

The area which covers Cavan, Monaghan and Leitrim, as well as Donegal and Sligo is seen as a major area of focus for investment and opportunity by the IDA in the coming years.

66 IDA Ireland client companies are located in the Border Region, employing 8,651 people and Michelle is hoping that she can further add to that total.

Michelle believes exploiting remote working is something that can transform this region.
