Ireland's robust demand economy is causing the growth of house prices.
It comes as MyHome.ie reveals significant price changes for homes across the Shannonside region.
The property price report shows that home prices remain unchanged in Longford, while Leitrim and Roscommon property prices have seen a minor decrease.
