HSE considers 34 tenders for 50 bed unit at Sacred Heart Hospital, Roscommon

The HSE has received 34 tenders for the design of a 50 bed unit at the Sacred Heart Hospital, Roscommon.

There will be six design team members appointed including architectural, civil & structural engineering and project supervision.

In response to a query from Roscommon Councillor Tony Ward, the HSE says tenders are due to be evaluated and successful members identified by the end of this month.

It is envisaged that initial design work will get underway early next year.
