House prices across the Shannonside region increased by an average of over 14 per cent in the past 12 months.
A new report from Daft.ie shows the average price of a house in Roscommon is over €222,000, while in Co Longford it stands at close to €218,000.
The average price of a house in Co Leitrim is slightly lower, at over €203,000.
