It's hoped that repair works can be carried out on two bridges on the south Leitrim/north Roscommon border.
The two bridges, located Drumsna and Jamestown are said to be in a state of disrepair.
As part of the proposed greyway project, calls have also been made to restore the old estate stone wall.
Carrick MD Cllr Irene Guckian Rabbitte raised the matter at this month's meeting.
