It's believed Graham Dwyer is going to make another bid to have his murder conviction overturned.
Last month he lost an appeal against his guilty verdict for killing Elaine O'Hara in 2012.
It's thought he will now try and take his appeal to the Supreme Court, which is the highest court in the land.

It will be up to the court to decide if they will hear it or not.
