A local TD has called on the government to introduce stage payments under the Vacant Properties Refurbishment Grant.
The grant provides funding to people who are looking to refurbish a vacant or derelict home.
Longford-Westmeath TD Micheál Carrigy said the scheme has been "extremely successful" since its introduction in July 2024.
