A car was seized by Gardaí in Roscommon on Thursday.
The Roscommon Roads Policing Unit found the driver of the car was not wearing their seatbelt.
The individual was also an unaccompanied learner driver and the car had no tax.
The car was seized and court proceedings are to follow.
