Gardaí in Longford are renewing their appeal for information following a serious assault in the town last month.
On the 7th of August, a woman was seriously injured after she was attacked in the Albert Reynolds Peace Park in the Town.
The incident took place at around 2.30am in the Mall on the August Bank Holiday Monday, with the victim punched a number of times in the incident.

Gardaí are seeking information on a man described as being in his early 30's, 5'6 to 5'7 in height and of heavy build.
A sketch of the suspect has been released by Gardaí and shows a clean shaven man, with a dark sallow complexion, with short dark receding hair.
