Gardai investigating after jeep taken from outside home in Strokestown

Garda in Strokestown are investigating the theft of a vehicle from outside a premises earlier this week.

Detectives are seeking information after a black Toyota jeep was taken between 7.30pm and midnight in the town on Wednesday evening.

It's unclear what direction the 07 reg vehicle may have travelled in and Gardai are analysing CCTV and footage from the area to assist in their investigations. Anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious or may have dashcam footage is asked to contact Castlerea garda station at 094-9620019.
