A popular local businessman has been remembered for his optimism and positivity.
Michael (Mickey Joe) Cormican passed peacefully away at his home on Saturday.
The late Mr Cormican was a native of Mount Talbot and established Cormican's Office Art School in Roscommon and Athlone over 40 years ago.

Speaking at his funeral mass at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Roscommon, Michael's eldest son, Damien recounted for his relationship with others:
