The man who died in a road traffic collision in Roscommon last Sunday was remembered at his funeral mass today.
The funeral of Padraig Nugent, late of Cullaghamore, Kilglass took place in Slatta earlier this afternoon.
A number of items were brought to the altar as symbols of Padraig's life.
His love of sports was represented by a Gaelic football, Liverpool jersey and a trophy and plaque he won with Kilglass Gaels.
Padraig's love of both farming and his work with Harte Civil Engineering were represented by a cap and hard hat respectively.

Helen shared a close bond with Padraig and remembered when they received their Inter-Cert results:
