Former bar and nightclub in Mohill set to be transformed into 14 houses

A former bar and nightclub in Mohill is set to be transformed into 14 houses. Leitrim County Council has granted Kevin Gordon planning permission for the development on Hill Street.

The green light has been given for three and four-bedroom houses at the former Beirne's business, which will be demolished. The council has granted permission with 24 conditions.
