Longford's newest library is due to open its doors to the public this week.
Edgeworthstown library will be officially opened by Minister Heather Humphreys on Friday next.
It's just over two years since the sod was turned on the project.

The multi-storey facility which is situated just off Main Street, has been developed for just under 4 million euro.
Local Councillor Paul Ross says it's set to become a key part of the town's overall regeneration.
