The blocking of the redevelopment of a service station at the site of the Creeslough explosion is being welcomed.
An Coimisiun Pleanála has refused planning permission at the site where 10 people were killed on October 7th 2022.
Vivo Shell Limited had previously been granted permission by Donegal County Council to redevelop the site.
