A local tidy towns group says dog-fouling in public spaces has become a major problem.

They claim it's putting increased pressure on volunteers when it comes to keeping local towns and villages clean.

A member of the Strokestown Tidy Towns group says they have worked tirelessly to raise the need for more responsible ownership.
