House prices continue to rise across the Shannonside region.
That's according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report,
The average price of a three-bed semi-detached house in Roscommon has seen 19.4% increase when compared to the same time last year.

Leitrim also saw a significant increase at 18.8%.
Meanwhile, in Co. Longford there was a small increase of 4%
