A Leitrim councillor is proposing that TV duo Ant and Dec be brought back to the county for a visit.
Councillor Felim Gurn says the English market is a huge untapped one for Leitrim, and more could be made of it by asking the television stars to come back for a few days.
The two made headlines in 2017 when they visited the county as part of a DNA tracing documentary and Ant McPartlin discovered he was related to half the inhabitants of Drumkeeran.

Councillor Gurn says the local authority should plan an official ceremony for the two men and ask them to help promote Co Leitrim in the UK:
