A Roscommon farm at the centre of a repossession row almost three years ago, has been reportedly sold.
The Irish independent reports that that the property in Falsk, just outside Strokestown was purchased from a receiver in recent weeks.
Footage of the eviction of members of the McGann family went viral in December 2018 after the execution of a repossession order by KBC Bank.
A number of days later, a violent incident occurred at the property involving a security firm which was in situ following the repossession.
The family, which had no involvement in the violence, subsequently moved back into the house and a large demonstration in support of the McGann's took place in Strokestown days before Christmas 2018.
Last year three men were jailed for allegedly refusing to stay away from the property by the High Court - with two remaining in jail for five months before purging their contempt.
According to the Irish Independent, the 33 acre farm, including the farmhouse and outbuildings went on sale in September and has recently been purchased but no details of the price, or the new owner were available.
