Plans for new a Enterprise Park in Roscommon Town have taken a step forward. Contracts were signed for the planning and design of the project earlier this week.
The proposed park would be based on the Racecourse Road and would have 14 development sites. Pending planning approval, construction will begin in the third quarter of 2026 with works anticipated to be completed by mid 2027.
