Longford Slashers GAA Club has lodged a planning application. The application, submitted to Longford County Council, proposes the construction of a skills area, ball wall and all ancillary site works at the club's grounds at Farranyoogan.
If approved, the development will provide additional training facilities for players at the Michael Fay Memorial Park, enhancing coaching and skills development opportunities at the club. Planners are due to make a decision by August 26th.
