The waiting time for a driving test in two Shannonside centres has reached the target of less than 10 weeks, after dramatic improvements. The wait in Roscommon is eight weeks, and it's nine weeks in Carrick-on-Shannon.
But the Road Safety Authority says the wait time in Longford is 19 weeks - worse than the national average of 16 weeks. Local Cllr Uruemu Adejimni says it's unacceptable:
