A caravan, allegedly stolen over the weekend in Roscommon, has been recovered and returned to its owners.
The vehicle, which was taken from a property in Elphin, was removed by a car at around 9.30am on Monday morning. It's understood that the caravan was towed on the N5 but the vehicle was recovered intact by Gardaí yesterday evening.

The owners confirmed on a Facebook post that it was slightly damaged and have thanked the public for their assistance, including the sharing of dashcam footage.
