Hundreds of customers are affected by a burst water main in Legan, Co. Longford.
Other areas affected include Abbeyshrule, Forgney, and Lisdreenagh.
In a statement to Shannonside FM, Irish Water have confirmed that crews are on the ground and are working hard to repair the damage.

Repairs are expected to conclude at 4pm this afternoon and customers have been advised to allow 2 to 3 hours following the repairs for their supply to return to normal.
Irish Water have apologised for the inconveniance caused.
