A once-bustling holiday complex in county Leitrim has returned to the market.
The former Breffni Holiday Village, located in Dromahair has a guide price of €1.2 million.
It has re-entered the market due to a cancellation.
Located just outside the village, it was previously operated as a self-contained holiday village and includes a mix of buildings such as a former hotel, several apartments and a cluster of timber-built chalets.
The complex comprises of the lodge, a four-bedroom house with four apartments and a further one separate apartment at the rear, eight three-bedroom two storey houses, six one-bedroom single storey chalets and a former French restaurant.
