Ambulance workers reach deal with HSE over pay dispute

Members of SIPTU and UNITE have voted to accept Labour Court recommendations on pay.

Labour is glad a deal has been worked out with the HSE to resolve a pay dispute for ambulance workers.
Members of SIPTU and UNITE have voted to accept Labour Court recommendations on pay.

It'll see paramedics and Medical Emergency Technicians get significant pay hikes after they held a 24 hour strike in May.
Labour's Health spokesperson Marie Sherlock says it's right they get what they're due:
