Almost 4,000 students across the Shannonside region will start their Leaving or Junior Cert exams this morning.
Over 1,800 students in Roscommon, Leitrim and Longford are sitting their Leaving Cert exams this year, while just over 2,000 are doing the Junior Cert.
They all start with English - with the last exam taking place on June 23rd.
