The President of Athlone Institute of Technology says they are hoping to deliver as much as is possible on campus when the colleges return next

The President of Athlone Institute of Technology says they are hoping to deliver as much as is possible on campus when the colleges return next month.

Professor Ciarán Ó Catháin says the college is implementing regulations as set out by the Department of Higher Education and the Irish Universities Association, to comply with all social distancing guidelines and public safety advice.

Students will return on a phased basis, second and subsequent years are back in mid-Septmber; first years on the 28th September and taught Masters students beginning on October 5th.

Professor Ó Catháin says they are utilizing all space on campus, even the sports arena, to allow for as much tuition on campus, as is possible.
