There was an overall increase of one in the number of people who presented as homeless in the Shannonside Northern Sound region last month compared to September.

A total of 35 people accessed homeless services across the five counties last month.

Roscommon's figures dropped from ten to seven while Cavan's increased from thirteen to sixteen.

Longford's homeless figures increased from seven to eight and Leitrim's figures remained unchanged at three and Monaghan's was also unchanged at two.
