Councillor David Cassidy made the call following the dumping of close to one hundred bottles of burnt oil at a popular amenity this week.

The popular 4.5km walkway is used by many year round, with the dump site located close to a waterway. 

The centre was destroyed in a fire in 2021 with the front part of the building completely gutted.

Research by switcher.ie shows the average couple would have the best chance of buying a home there, followed by Leitrim.
