His funeral is taking place in St Brigid's Church, Ardagh, at 12 noon today, with a cremation ceremony at 4pm in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

It happened in Kilcolman at around 3.20pm yesterday afternoon.

The HSA have confirmed that they have launched an investigation into the incident.
