30 emergency hubs set up to support those without power in Leitrim

The county is one of the worst affected following Storm Éwoyn with around 2,600 homes without electricity in Mohill alone.

In County Leitrim, there are around 2,600 homes without electricity in Mohill and 700 affected in Carrick-on-Shannon following Storm Éwoyn. There are close to 30 emergency hubs set up across the county to assist people without power and water. Kieran Brett from Leitrim County Council has this update:
