Provincial club championships throw in this weekend

The club provincial championships will begin this weekend for a number of the senior clubs in the region. In Connacht, Ballinamore Sean O Heslins will be looking to claim a semi final spot when they face the newly crowned Galway champions Mountbellew/Moylough who knocked out the reigning provincial and all Ireland champions Corofin. That game throws in on Sunday at 1:30 in Avant Money Paric Sean Mac Diarmada with the winners meeting the Roscommon champions Padraig Pearses in Dr Hyde Park a week later. Mullinalaghta will get their Leinster campaign underway also on Sunday when they welcome Blessington of Wicklow to Glennon Brothers Pearse Park at 1pm. The winners of that encounter will take on the winners of Naas and Tullamore in the quarter final.
