Preview: Leitrim look to wrap-up with win over Sligo

This could have a lot riding on it or it could be a dead rubber.

Sligo travel to Leitrim in the final round of Allianz league games but the dust will have to settle early.

Tipperary sit in second place in the table. A win over London and Tipp are up. Anything but a win and the door is wide open. The problem is Tipp are in form, London are not!

A London win would mean a straight shootout between Sligo and Leitrim. A draw between London and Tipp and Sligo are as good as out, but a Leitrim win would see them promoted.

Whichever way the picture will be suddenly clearer on Sunday morning.

Either way Andy Moran will look to make it four wins on the bounce and completing the league with five wins. A nice way to prepare for London and the Connacht championship.

Leitrim have developed well under Moran. The game plan has came together and the forwards have a confidence in his own image.

This one is derby game. Local rivaliries will count for everything it will just depend on the circumstances at throw-in.

If Tipperary have won the game could go anywhere. If its game on for promotion well expect drama to the final whistle and this one will be too close to call.
