Jenny Higgins season down under in the AFLW is over before it began as she picked up an ACL injury.
The Roscommon footballer was due to make her competitive debut with the Sydney Swans. However, picked up the injury last weekend during the clubs match scrimmage against Brisbane Lions.
The Clann Na nGael player had only recently recovered from a broken nose but was posed to get a start with her new club having made the move to Australia in March of this year
