Ballinamore face St Mary's Kiltoghert next as semi-final draw is confirmed.

Ballinamore Sean O Heslins reached the Leitrim senior football semi-finals following a 4-13 to 1-13 victory over Glencar Manorhamilton at Carrick-on-Shannon.

Tom Prior’s goal gave Ballinamore a two-point lead inside 19 minutes. 60 seconds later, Glencar Manorhamilton regained the upper hand when James Rooney found the net.

The sides traded three points each during the remainder of the half as Glencar Manorhamilton led 1-7 to 1-6 at half-time.

Ballinamore’s Niall McGovern’s registered a goal ten minutes into the second half. Three minutes later Shane Moran added another as Mickey Graham’s side moved seven points clear.

Prior added his second goal two minutes into injury time sealing a convincing victory for the 2021 champions.

Ballinamore can look forward to facing reigning champions St Mary’s Kiltoghert in the semi-finals. The other tie sees Mohill play Fenagh St Caillin’s.
