It was s a break in the Allianz national football league last weekend after the opening 2 rounds with the main focus having been on the implementation of the new playing rules. It seems to be an air of positivity that has greeted the rules with most seeing the merit of what they are bringing to the game. Diarmuid Scullion who was a pundit with us here on Shannonside/Northern Sound last year, has taken up a position as a coach with Westmeath and he give his thoughts to our reporter Sean Mc Caffrey on the new rules
