Leitrim have progressed to the Connacht championship semi final to face Roscommon after getting over the line against a resilient London side in the revamped McGovern Park in Ruislip. Benny Guckians side have three points to spare and winning out by 3-10 to 0-16.
Leitrim shaded the first half by 1-06 to 0-07 with Darragh Rooney nabbing the goal. Here is the first half commentary
London fought back in the second half but Substitute Ronan Kennedy entered the fray in the 40th minute and two goals from him in three minutes gave them the edge and now Roscommon will await on June the 18th. Here is the second half commentary.
