Permanent TSB has revealed the majority of the mortgages it's selling belong to private homeowners.
A statement issued by the bank claims that 14-thousand out of the 18-thousand properties are owner-occupier - that's about 70 percent.

The bank says the loans are typically owned by customers who haven't engaged with them.
