Willie Penrose, from Ballynacargy in Co Westmeath, has been a TD since 1992, but he's to step down at the next general election.
In a wide-ranging interview on the Joe Finnegan Show this morning, he spoke about his ministerial career, his struggles with the Labour party and the abuse he and his family suffered before the last election.
