Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. It occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands.

Over two years of Covid-19, working from home, new working demands and more have taken their toll on the mental health of the Irish people.

This week on the Joe Finnegan Show, Joe has been speaking to Paul Gilligan of St Pat's Mental Health Service on the signs, symptoms and treatment of Burnout.
