Lead investigator in 'Roscommon house of horrors' speaks out

Retired Castlerea Sergeant John Hynes was lead investigator in the case dubbed ''Roscommon House of Horrors'' in which children endured horrific abuse abuse and neglect at the hands of their parents.

The father was released from prison about two weeks ago and warned not to return to Roscommon.
