Westmeath County Council has unveiled plans that could affect dozens of homeowners and farmers along the N55 in south Longford.
Ballymahon Municipal District has heard how the local authorities want to create a new route from The Pigeons north to Ballymahon, with a possible bypass of Tang being among the options considered as part of a minor realignment scheme.
