An illegal dumping incident in a local village has been condemned.
Ardagh Tidy Towns shared pictures of the incident with a number of items found at Cartrongarrow between Ardagh and Moydow.
Earlier this week, Minister of State Alana Dillon confirmed that litter fines are increasing from 150 euro to 250 from September.
Chairperson of the tidy towns group Brendan Farrell spoke to presenter Dan Dooner on Friday's Let's Talk about the incident.
