As the hospitality sector looks forward to an easing of Covid restrictions, there is a concern among many businesses involved about how to re-hire or retain staff after the two year interuption which has seen many workers leave the sector.

A Carrick-on-Shannon restaurant and food shop has been taking a close look at working conditions and pay for staff, and they decided to implement a four day working model during the first lockdown.

It's been working very well for the business, and it's workers, according to Conor Maher from The Oarsman.

Conor Maher has been speaking on the Let's Talk show about the much anticipated easing of restrictions, and getting back to a more normal kind of business in the coming days and weeks.
