In late 2020 Roscommon native Kathie Stritch set up an online support community to talk about loss and hear real stories about death and grief.
Six years previous Kathie's sister Elaine was diagnosed with a brain tumour. She received treatment and was recovering when in a tragic accident in late 2015, her husband Pa lost his life tragically and suddenly.
One year later right after Pa’s first anniversary, Elaine began to feel ill again and she passed away on February 4th 2017.

Kathie feels it is only right to keep talking about them both and to keep their memory alive she's been sharing her story with Tommy Stenson.
