Athlone is set to hold its first ever Pride event next month.
Heartlands Pride is being organised by the Midlands LGBT+ Project and will take place between the 10th and 12th of November around the town.
This event is a celebration of diversity, and acceptance, and is open to everyone.

The festival will include market stalls highlighting local artists, information workshops and an evening of entertainment and dance.
