People across the Shannonside region can benefit from a range of free or part-funded courses as part of the Springboard+ initiative at TUS Athlone.
Over €5 million euro in funding has been accessed by the college this year to run the courses and an Online Open Evening giving details of the course will take place on this Wednesday evening.
The initiative is targeted specifically at the Adult Learner, employed or self-employed.
Wednesdays Open Evening will have lecturers available to talk to prospective students online and answer questions they might have about the courses.
Declan Doran from TUS says the online nature of the courses mean they're more accessible than ever for people who already have busy working lives.
