A prominent businessman has suffered life-changing injuries after being abducted and beaten up on Tuesday night.
Kevin Lunney from Quinn Industrial Holdings was attacked near Kinawley in Co. Fermanagh on his way home from work.
He was bundled into two different cars, assaulted and then left on the side of the road in Cornafean, Co. Cavan.

Gardai and the PSNI have launched a joint investigation.There’s been widespread condemnation locally of the attack on Kevin Lunney.
Mr Lunney is a director of the network of companies once owned by businessman Sean Quinn and Sean Quinn spoke to Joe Finnegan on Thursday morning's JF Show.
