Proposed legislation around tipping will give more money and power to the workers of Ireland.
That's according to Siptu, who are welcoming plans that mean all bars and restaurants will have to state clearly where any extra charges are going.
It's hoped the new legislation will stop employers from using the service charge for other purposes.
